Engagement Statuses

Track the health of each customer relationship with customizable engagement statuses.

Engagement statuses let you track where each customer stands in your relationship — whether they're active, at risk, lapsed, or anywhere in between. You define the statuses and what they mean for your business.

Setting up statuses

Go to Settings → Customers

Find the Customers section in your account settings.

Add a status

Under Engagement Statuses, click Add Status. There are default statuses set for you and you edit to suit your business. Give them a name (e.g. Active, At Risk, Lapsed, New Lead) and choose a color.

Save

The status is now visible as a color-coded indicator in the customer list and on the customer details page.

You can create as many statuses as you need.

Connection to Follow-Up

Dashboard snapshot

Your Dashboard shows a weekly summary of customer counts by engagement status — useful for spotting shifts in your account health at a glance.
