Billing & Subscription

Manage your Caska plan, update your payment method, understand plan changes, and learn about founding member pricing.

Viewing your current plan

Go to Settings → Billing to see your current plan, next billing date, and payment method on file.

Changing your plan

Go to Settings → Billing

Find the Billing section in your account settings.

Click Change Plan

Review the available plans.

Select and confirm

Choose the plan you want and confirm the change.

Plan changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.

Updating your payment method

Go to Settings → Billing

Find the Billing section in your account settings and click on the Card tab.

Click Update Card Details

Enter your new card details and save.

Cancelling your subscription

Go to Settings → Billing and select the cancellation option. Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your data is retained for a 30 day grace period before deletion.

If you're considering cancelling due to a specific issue, reach out to support first — we may be able to help.

Founding member pricing

If you joined during the founding member period, your discounted rate is locked in for life as long as your subscription stays active.

Cancelling and resubscribing will lose any special promotional rates you currently have on your plan. It cannot be reinstated.
