Reports Overview
Understand what reports are available in Caska, how to filter by date range, and how to export data for use in external tools.
The Reports section gives you visibility into your business performance across sales, production, inventory, and customers — all in one place.
Reports is available to Owners and Admins. Employees do not have access.
Report types
Caska includes reports across several areas:
- Sales — order volume and revenue over time
- Products — top-selling products, revenue by product
- Inventory — stock usage and restock history
- Customers — order frequency and engagement trends
- Batches — production volume over time (if Batches is enabled on your plan)
- Timesheets — hours by employee and pay period
Date filters
Every report includes date range controls:
- Preset ranges — quick options for the last 30, 90, 180, or 365 days
- Custom range — select a specific From and To date
- Period grouping — toggle between Day, Week, or Month to control how data is grouped on charts
Reports group orders by due date, not creation date. This means imported historical orders appear in their correct time periods.
Exporting report data
Each report includes a data table below the chart. Click Export CSV to download the raw data for use in a spreadsheet or external reporting tool.
