Custom Fields for Orders
Add custom fields to orders to capture order-specific information like PO numbers, delivery instructions, or sales rep names.
Custom fields let you capture order-specific information that isn't in Caska's standard order form — for example, purchase order numbers, delivery instructions, or sales rep names.
Setting up order custom fields
Go to Settings → Custom Fields
Find the Orders section in your account custo fields settings.
Add a custom field
Under Customers, click Add Custom Field, enter a label, and save.
The field appears on every order form going forward.
Using custom fields on orders
When creating or editing an order, scroll to the Custom Fields section at the bottom of the form. Fill in the values and save as normal.
Showing custom fields in the order list
Use the Columns button on the Orders list to toggle custom field column visibility.
